• Guarantor: $1,500.00 - $2,999.00
• Sponsor: $750.00 - $1,499.00
• Donor: $ 300.00 - $749.00
• Contributor: $100.00 - $299.00
• Friend: up to $99.00

Contributions to the HCSMF are 100% deductible for Federal income tax purposes.

Contributions are acknowledged in the final program and Hi-Note.
