2010 brings outstanding artists and faculty to the Festival!
Our Resident artists, the Cassatt String Quartet, are once again bringing thier energy and talent to the Orchestra/Chamber Music camp. They will coach the orchestra, student string quartets, and privat lessons in addition to performing a concert of mastery on Friday, July 16, in Anderson Theatre.
Among the outstanding faculty of the Wind Ensemble/Jazz week is the unstoppable "Bones" Malone, who is known from bandstand, stage, and screen. Bones is capable of playing virtually ANY wind instrument, and will deliver his eclectic master class and a concert on Friday, July 23.

The past and present would like to pay homage to an excellent musician and brilliant man-about-trumpet, Mr. Fred Mills (pictured left, top), who passed away in the fall of 2009. Fred was an alum of Hartwick College and gave his time, talent, library, and best wishes to both the College and the Fesival. You will be missed and most honored in the memories of your many fine students.
