Facilities
Dormitories
Living in residence halls with counselors and fellow students is an important part of the HCSMF&I experience. Males and females reside in separate buildings and are assigned to floors according to their age and grade level. With approximately 15 rooms per floor, most rooms are doubles with a few triples available. Each floor is supervised by at least three counseling staff members. The experience of working and living together lays the foundation for a productive and fulfilling summer. Qualities found in the HCSMF&I student/staff community include extraordinary musical talent, self-discipline and seriousness of purpose, balanced by warmth, supportiveness and a true spirit of camaraderie. These combine to create a unique environment in which students can grow as musicians and as people.

Appointments are available at the Wellness Center for students to be seen by a doctor, physician's assistant, or a nurse practitioner at no charge to the students.
