  • Payment for balance due

  • Medications (if applicable)
  • Clothes for 2 or 4 wks.
  • Concert Dress clothes and shoes
  • Casual clothes
  • Casual footwear
  • Sweatshirts/sweater
  • Rain gear, umbrella
  • Light jacket
  • Swimsuits (pool & lake)
  • Athletic wear for games
  • Linens (Extra long single sheets)
  • Pillows and pillow cases
  • Blankets – 2 recommended

  • Soap/ shampoo/ conditioner/ hair spray
  • Toothpaste/toothbrush
  • Brush/comb

  • Bug repellent
  • Sunscreen
  • Laundry bag/ detergent/dryer sheets
  • Change for laundry machines, vending machines and pay phones
  • Calling cards / cell phones
  • Small T.V., stereo, Video game units, headphones
  • Dorm sized refrigerator (if desired)
  • Trash-can
  • Small alarm clock / watch
  • Room fan, screens, or combo
  • Personal snacks for dorm
  • Decorative items for dorm
  • Combination Lock for gym lockers (day use only)
  • Instrument(s)
  • Mutes, valve oils, reeds, pads (if applicable)

* Laundry facilities and pay phones are available in residence halls.

* Please insure your instruments and/or any valuable items and make a record of the items, with description and serial numbers.

* HCSMF are not held liable for the loss or damage of any items. Each resident student will have a key to his/her room. Please lock your room when you leave.
